This illustrated book cover for A Love Like Pumpkin Spice captures the warmth and romance of the fall season. The design features a couple strolling through a picturesque small town—lined with glowing shop windows, falling leaves, and the golden light of sunset. Inspired by cozy small-town atmospheres, the scene brings together the charm of autumn with a touch of romantic nostalgia.

I approached this piece with a focus on color harmony and atmosphere—using warm, orange and yellow hues, soft lighting, and many details like pumpkins and apple baskets to create a sense of comfort and togetherness. From the twinkling string lights on the gazebo to the scattering of leaves underfoot filling the streets, each element was illustrated to evoke that unmistakable fall feeling of love and coziness.

This project highlights my approach to romantic and seasonal illustration: blending storytelling, composition, and lighting to create a heartfelt book cover that feels both cinematic and inviting.
